WOMAN’S HEALTH – The Ideal Heel for better Body Posture

 
Heels  are not only an essential  accessory but an ally for personal health and correct orthopedic  body posture.
It is therefore advisable to avoid completely flat shoes or very high heels.



 Did you know that there is a different length of the ideal heel for each body type? However, how can we find the ideal length for us?


The answer is to take a tape measure and measure the length of the foot from the heel to big toe and then divide by the number 7. The occurring result is the perfect heel height.


  
Example: Suppose we have foot length 26 cm (10.2 inches). Divide by 7 and the result is 3.7. ( 4 inches).  This is exactly the perfect heel height for a proper body posture.
