2012 brought another distinction for the Agricultural Cooperation of Rovies (Evoia, Greece).
In specific, the Agricultural Cooperation of Rovies (founded in 1978) was awarded in Germany by the company DLG for the excellent quality of organic green olives.
These green olives are unique in taste, non-pasteurized and organic, as they have not been processed with any caustic soda. Instead, they mature in salt water for more than 12 months in the traditional Greek way, therefore being crispy, tasty with a nice color, in an olive grove with over a 100-year history.
Olive trees have received great care and each olive is gathered by hand. Therefore, each jar can be traced to a specific producer.
Agricultural Cooperation of Rovies is controlled by Bio Hellas and high quality and safe food products, such as stuffed olives with lemon, green or black olive paste etc.
