SCIENCE - Medicine Award (InBev-BAILLET LATOUR Health 2013)

Since 1977, the Private Belgian Foundation  InBev-BAILLET LATOUR, has established an International Award for the improvement of human health.

The Prize is awarded annually to scientists engaged in Biomedical Science and distinguished for their outstanding achievements in biomedical research. 2013 award is focused on Cancer.

The award is open to scientists in this field, regardless nationality, who have not previously received the corresponding award.

Applications must be submitted exclusively by scientists or institutions that have the authority to evaluate the work of candidates.  

The Award consists of cash prize, two hundred and fifty thousand euro 

(€ 250.000) and may be awarded / shared equally in the two researchers who have worked closely over a long time on this project.

Deadline for submission of applications and the full application: no later than September 14, 2012.
