What is Positive Thinking
Positive thinking is a mental attitude expressed by words, thoughts and images to our mind by ourselves, which make us feel better, increase our self confidence and lead us to success.
This of course does not mean that we are going to be happy all day and night and that our problems will all disappear, but it is more than an approach to help us deal with daily problems and obstacles, estimate them and put appropriate time and effort to solve/overcome them.
Are you a Positive Thinker?
The question you should answer to yourself is:
“Is your glass half-empty or half-full”?
The answer to this question is your attitude towards life (daily routine, job, problems, personal life, etc.).
You may diregard this article or maybe laugh at others who do beleive in Positive Thinking, who always use the moto “Think Positive”. However, this is not the case and i invite you to read this article.
In Positive Thinking, you really need to believe in it and start acting as a positive thinker, despite the problems, worries and health issues you might have; besides, who doesn’t have problems and health issues?
To make you consider this ‘theory’ and its benefits, I shall say that there have been many serious researchers on positive thinking, among them one of Mayo Clinic, and the results of positive thinking on health, are remarkable:
• Lower levels of distress
• Live longer
• Larger resistance to common cold
• Better state both psychologically and physically
• Reduced risk of death due to cardiovascular disease
• Better correspondence during difficult situations and times of stress

You can now see that this is not something to laugh about or overcome and that it could really help in life.
More information will be provided on this subject, as well as professionals’ opinion on this subject.
So, what do you think;
will you start becoming a Positive Thinker?
